Mil Penner was a Kansas Explorer and has so much to say about Kansas, that we featured him twice on our series in our many years of production. The first segment was produced in 2001, and features Mil talking about Route 42. The second segment, produced in 2004, features Mil talking about his book, "Section 27: A Century on a Family Farm."
